Chinese flavours served in a 1930s Shanghai setting

A stunning, two-floor colonial style residence has been transformed into The China House, an avant-garde restaurant inspired by the vibrant Art Deco period of 1930s Shanghai. Within this striking setting guests can enjoy classic Chinese cuisine in a refined atmosphere, while the delicious weekly dim sum menu, as well as a weekend buffet brunch, both have a loyal following.

The China House, situated just outside the hotel’s lobby area, is also home to three private dining rooms that seat from six to 10 guests as well as a larger room for up to 20.

After 6:30pm, guests are kindly asked to wear elegant attire and proper footwear, while gentlemen are requested to wear long trousers and closed shoes.
